I’ve been going to Big O Tires in Ukiah for over 30 years. Highly recommend the shop. Always reliable and trustworthy with incredible service. I don’t bother to shop for “deals” as I know I’ll get the best value from Victor at Big O Tires.

Got my oil changed and tires rotated, and had a nice walk for breakfast and coffee.

Victor got me in quickly and followed up with me the same day I inquired on price and scheduling.

Had low tire. They could not fix right then but did fill tire and took my number and called me when it was good time to bring in. It was repaired right away (tire). Excellent service. I've been a Custer since they opened

I can buy tires anywhere, but I choose Ukiah Big O for the knowledgeable and courteous service. They didn't have the specialty tires I wanted in stock, but they were able to have them for me overnight. This is the third set of tires I've bought from them and I've never been disappointed. I see no reason to shop anywhere else in the future.

Trust in a mechanic is hard to come by but with Big O Tires in Ukiah they have earned not only my trust but my respect! They go above and beyond to be honest, communicate clearly, and give you great service at fair prices. I recently had an experience where in wanting to preserve my grandpa's car (who has since passed away) Victor, James, Jesse, Cody and the whole team went above and beyond to keep my old Buick running! They treated me like I was family and for that they will always have my business, my family's business and a recommendation to anyone to go there for TRUE service and workmanship! I am and always will be HONORED to be their customer!!

It all went according to plan and the mechanic used a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts.
