Big O Tires

Drove me where I needed to be twice.

The associates there are great , the services are great. I have had only positive experiences at this Big O Tires and wouldn't go anywhere else

They solved an unconventional tire / rim problem.

Victor and his crew always give us great service! But what stands out right now is my father needed his car serviced ASAP the day after thanksgiving and they got him in and back on the road quickly. He was also very happy with the service he received. A great local shop!

The ease of explaining my problem, and the fact that they listened period that was extremely rare for most mechanics I’ve been to. Everything was explained in detail in terms that I could understand.

Great Staff! Great Service! Vehicle done within time frame given - even a little earlier. Very satisfied. Won't use the other guy...wouldn't even give me a quote on my brakes..wouldn't even put brakes on my vehicle. hmmmm they lost a customer and YOU gained one!

Customer service was great. The cost was not. Seemed a bit expensive.

Ed and Rob where super nice! Explained in detail, kept their word on when the vehicle would be done.

Always appreciate everyone's willingness to help out whether on the phone (sorry for the calls re my keys this time) or at the store....especially Jesse the last few times...driving me where I need to be and discovering something that didn't sound/feel right with the car when he picked me up.

They were able to get me in the next day. Oil change and inspection of tires and brakes was just a few hrs so went back to work and got my text vehicle was ready. Rob Haskell and Victor were friendly and helpful. I will keep going back as I feel they take care of my vehicle.

The employees at the Ukiah Big O always do a wonderful job. ED in paticuler treats us really well. I will return for every tire service and oil change.

Fast and professional

I had a vehicle towed in for a flat tire. A second one in 4 days. They had to fix it. I was missing work . Had to provide employer a copy of receipt . Worked 3 hrs. They got my problem fixed fast

We were highly satisfied because of the attention the gave to us and the efficiency of our service as well as the job done by the mechanic that worked in our vehicle. They lived up to our expectations. We went away happy and confident that all is well. Our car is safe to be on the road.
