Big O Tires

Not sure!! I went in to get some tires.I was going to have 2 maybe 3 of them replaced.The 4th one was still ok.They changed all 4.Partially my fault.I assumed they would only changed the bad ones.they never asked.

After the basic work was done, the mechanic wiped out our memorized seat afdjustments and forgot to set the oil to 100%.When Customer Service Rep tried to help, he reset the Acura MDX to its factory defaults causing the Navi and Audio systems plus oil to 100% to have to be re-set-up by the Owner.Additionally, the car does not track correctly at high speed, tracks slightly to the right when hands off the steering wheel (but close by).

Made an appointment at 10am for an oil change and tire rotation and it took 1hour and 30min +. I am not sure why it took so long considering I was one of about 3 cars in the lot they have. Apparently their was a mix up in the paper work or something. It probably would have taken even longer if I didn't say something to the guy at the desk. Once they realized they forgot about my car they were able to change my oil within 30min. perhaps in the future i will continue to change my own oil just to save time.

Great service with a family feel. Highly recommend.

I went in for an oil change. Got a call that some fluids needed changing. Should have asked the costs. Bill was a shockwave.

I dropped off my car to have a 4 spring kit installed and a four wheel alignment. I told them to call me when done my only day off I had a bunch of errands to run went to a early matinee and got a cakll 15 minutes into the movie . called back no answer at store . listened to message and car was done. figured I would pick irt up after movie and arends. was told pick up car now want to close early , missed all my other errands. fot home and looked underneath to find they only put in the front springs and aligned. called next day at opening no time to help me . had to take the car somewhere else to finish the job and payed for allignement twice ..thnks

I requested a new windshield wiper on the passenger side since the driver side was in perfect condition. The women said to wait it will take a minute to replace the wiper.Later that day I tried the new wiper to find they replaced the wrong wiper. Went back to Big O waited for the delivery of the replacement, TWO times the wrong wiper. She said they would need to order the new one. On top of that she told me my dog needed manners!!! NOT COOL.....

As always, they take care of my Acura and keep it in top running condition. They explain each of the factory recommended service steps and get my car back to me when promised.

After 3 times of bringing in my car. The employees failed to install my spare tire underneath the vehicle. The second time I scheduled a appointment for a oil change. I arrived to pick up my car, my spare tire still wasn't installed underneath the vehicle and they failed to change my oil. I was told they ran out of time. The third time I scheduled a balance and tire rotation along and a alignment. I was left broke down on the side of the road 5 minutes after they worked on the car. The owner Mark wouldn't return my phone calls. The manager Rick stories changed daily. A horrible experience all together along with ending up with a huge bill for the damage after Big O worked on it. Never again will anyone in my family use Big O and I will continue to spread my story with everyone I know.

I've been getting my tires and oil changes at Big-O Healdsburg for years. I trust them with my car. They always do a great job and make their customers feel like family. They go the extra mile, like changing my license plate bulbs for free when I didn't even know they were out. The people that work there are so nice and the owners are all about helping their community. Prices are always fair, too. I highly recommend them.

I took it in for an oil change and tire rotation. Left a few days later with an $1100 bill and a lost key. Hard to tell if the $1100 bill could have been avoided. Apparently my stud screws were stripped and the wheel was stuck to axel apparatus. Then you lost my key. Will need to go to Honda to have a new one made. Big-O is paying for it, but very inconvenient.
