Needed to check alignment due to hitting the curb. Trip to Oregon coming up. Rick got the job done and the car completed a 1520 mile trip with no problems.

Upon discovering a problem with one of my trailer tires, I knew to call Big-O, Healdsburg. Erica understood my needs, and told me to come in immediately. Upon arrival, she greeted me in the driveway, even before I came to a stop, and yelled to the Guys in the shop this was the vehicle they expected. Immediately, not one, but two Techs leapt into action, one removing the affected wheel, the other breaking down the rim. They very quickly discovered a hidden problem, necessitating a replacement in lieu of a repair, which they made anyway at my insistence. The final result was complete and total satisfaction with the Service, the Sale, but more importantly the Can Do attitude and consummate professionalism displayed as paperwork and the very NASCAR
