Big O Tires

I always get friendly and prompt service at Big O. One thing that I would like to see improved is to have a sticker put on my windshield for when my next service is due. Also, I like to receive a phone call when my car is completed. This usually happens but not always.

I had the pleasure with talking to Josh when I had a service appt with my car. He was very nice and explained everything I needed to know about my car. Everyone who I have contact with at Big O have been nice and knowledgeable. No complaints with me.

I was a little frustrated having to wait 1 hour to collect my car. When I dropped the car off at 8 am we agreed that it would be ready at 4 pm. I arrived at 4 pm and had to wait until 5 pm for the car to be completed. I would have been happy to arrive at 5 pm if someone had contacted me, letting me know that it wouldn't be ready at 4. Other than that I am happy with the service.

I always bring my SUV to the Big O in Healdsburg because I can trust them to be honest and efficient.

I went in for a alignment and although it took a while I understood it was a busy day and I was a walk in, however this place is a awesome place to go to customer service was wonderful and they also offered me a drink. Employees are vary professional and polite

Unannounced visit to Big O when I discovered nail in tire. Josh greeted me at desk and said he thought he could get it done by closing. He talked to guys in service and they said they could do it then so I sat in your waiting area by the nice warm heater and read a magazine. Since we do all our work for our F150 at your establishment I could not remember if tires were covered but just so thankful you could take me immediately. Your pay it forward program was just the end to another fine visit to Big O. Thank you so much for what you are doing in the community.

Definitely exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by the professionalism and friendly, courteous service. I was towed in in desperate need of replacing 3 tires. You got me in even though you were so busy so I could get home to Lake County. I will definitely be driving from Lake County to have my car serviced at your shop. That's how impressed I was with everything you did for me.

I've only been to this location once. They did nothing wrong other than being a little "pushy" in selling their services beyond tires and wheels. They were really nice and offered a ride home, a service I've never received from other tire device centers--nice. I will likely do business with them in the future if I'm still in the area, and will review them again. Just not comfortable hand out five stars on the basis of a single visit.

I recently moved into the area and have been to the Healdsburg Big O 3 times. They couldn't be nicer or more professional. Very pleased! Rick the owner has given me a ride home each time and even tips on how to get a better nights sleep. Now that's service.

Big O Tires in Healdsburg is a great business. I've been going to Big O in Healdsburg for over 25 years. They have always treated me very well. Recently, I had some work done there that didn't go as planned. Work was performed on my car that resulted in a less than satisfactory outcome. Rick and his team acknowledged immediately that there were some errors on their end. No hassling, no blame game stuff. They took responsibility. Rick called me himself, explained the situation, and let me know how they were going to make it right. We came to a deal that I was very satisfied with. 2 days later, my car was back on the road, performing as it should, if not a little better. The mark of a good business is not just getting the job done right. That is expected when you pay for services. The true mark of a good business is how they handle things when the job doesn't go right. Rick handled this situation as best as I could have hoped for. I highly recommend Big O in Healdsburg.

I had a nail in my back tire, so I headed over to Big O for servicing. Excellent service! The woman at the desk greeted me at my car, asked about the problem, took my car right away to have the nail hole filled, waited in the very clean lobby and my car was ready very quickly. No charge, all tires were checked and I was on my way .. the desk tech was outstanding. I will definitely come back when the need arises. Thank you!! A+++++++

Great service

I came in without an appointment, during a busy afternoon. I was treated with courtesy and respect. I am not a mechanic so I don't speak in those terms, yet the gentleman at the counter didn't speak "down" to me. The diagnostic showed I needed a new alternator. The repair was done in under 24 hours, and would have been sooner but the parts couldn't be delivered until the next morning. Once again, I was made to feel as if I were the most important customer in the store.

This Big O gives me impeccable service and I ;like taking my cars to a reputable business, it's why I shop here. However, when my wife brought her Denali in, they filled it with synthetic oil without consulting me. I do NOT want synthetic in this high mileage engine because it can cause seals to leak on older cars. I realize THAT is just my opinion but it counts because it's my car so, it's 4 stars today

I had four tires put on my BMW this week and had yet another very good experience at Big 0. I had researched the appropriate tires for my model and Big O was very competitive with Tire Rack's price. Big O's my go to place for tires and alignment.

Tires are round black rubber things that every car is supposed to have and you can buy them anywhere but if you want a company that can and will guarantee superior products, outstanding service, and fair prices you have to come to Big O in Healdsburg. Rick and his crew are always ready to help no matter what the problem I'm having with my mini fleet of cars and trucks. Flat or leaking tires?----they take care of it! Lube service?----thy take care of it! Car running bad or broke down?---they take care of it! This place gives me 100% of the automotive parts and service I need 100% of the time.

I printed a off oil change coupon from the store's website. When I took my car in for the oil change this morning (3/27/17) I was told that they didn't honor that coupon, only the Sebastopol store would. Not good, guys! Especially since the coupon was on your website under the title "Offers for 1115 Healdsburg Ave, Healdsburg". When I had a retail business in Healdsburg I made it a policy to accept any other business' coupon for comparable service. My philosophy was "better to make a friend than to lose a customer".

Roberta was very customer oriented. I came into the store last week with low tire pressure. She offered to check them and put them at the mfg's tp. This resulted in my doing business with her when it was time to do business. She was professional and knowledgeable.
