Big O Tires

I always get friendly and prompt service at Big O. One thing that I would like to see improved is to have a sticker put on my windshield for when my next service is due. Also, I like to receive a phone call when my car is completed. This usually happens but not always.

They always give 100% on anything let you know if they can't do it or who can and honest people honest work

I was a little frustrated having to wait 1 hour to collect my car. When I dropped the car off at 8 am we agreed that it would be ready at 4 pm. I arrived at 4 pm and had to wait until 5 pm for the car to be completed. I would have been happy to arrive at 5 pm if someone had contacted me, letting me know that it wouldn't be ready at 4. Other than that I am happy with the service.

The people that work here seem to really care and make a personal connection. Feels like your at your good friends shop!

I went in for a alignment and although it took a while I understood it was a busy day and I was a walk in, however this place is a awesome place to go to customer service was wonderful and they also offered me a drink. Employees are vary professional and polite

Unannounced visit to Big O when I discovered nail in tire. Josh greeted me at desk and said he thought he could get it done by closing. He talked to guys in service and they said they could do it then so I sat in your waiting area by the nice warm heater and read a magazine. Since we do all our work for our F150 at your establishment I could not remember if tires were covered but just so thankful you could take me immediately. Your pay it forward program was just the end to another fine visit to Big O. Thank you so much for what you are doing in the community.

They take care of my cars like I was a favorite uncle. Everything here is so fucking great, I won't shop anywhere else.

I've only been to this location once. They did nothing wrong other than being a little "pushy" in selling their services beyond tires and wheels. They were really nice and offered a ride home, a service I've never received from other tire device centers--nice. I will likely do business with them in the future if I'm still in the area, and will review them again. Just not comfortable hand out five stars on the basis of a single visit.

Big O Tires in Healdsburg is a great business. I've been going to Big O in Healdsburg for over 25 years. They have always treated me very well. Recently, I had some work done there that didn't go as planned. Work was performed on my car that resulted in a less than satisfactory outcome. Rick and his team acknowledged immediately that there were some errors on their end. No hassling, no blame game stuff. They took responsibility. Rick called me himself, explained the situation, and let me know how they were going to make it right. We came to a deal that I was very satisfied with. 2 days later, my car was back on the road, performing as it should, if not a little better. The mark of a good business is not just getting the job done right. That is expected when you pay for services. The true mark of a good business is how they handle things when the job doesn't go right. Rick handled this situation as best as I could have hoped for. I highly recommend Big O in Healdsburg.

This Big O gives me impeccable service and I ;like taking my cars to a reputable business, it's why I shop here. However, when my wife brought her Denali in, they filled it with synthetic oil without consulting me. I do NOT want synthetic in this high mileage engine because it can cause seals to leak on older cars. I realize THAT is just my opinion but it counts because it's my car so, it's 4 stars today

My visit was to have a tire repaired. I had an appointment and everything went smoothly. Hopefully, I won't pick up any more nails.

I printed a off oil change coupon from the store's website. When I took my car in for the oil change this morning (3/27/17) I was told that they didn't honor that coupon, only the Sebastopol store would. Not good, guys! Especially since the coupon was on your website under the title "Offers for 1115 Healdsburg Ave, Healdsburg". When I had a retail business in Healdsburg I made it a policy to accept any other business' coupon for comparable service. My philosophy was "better to make a friend than to lose a customer".
