Big O Tires

I have been coming to this Big-O store exclusively for 28 years because of the product and people.

Big O is such a pleasure to have in town. Every time I go in I am surprised at how quickly and efficiently my truck is serviced. Great work.

Excellent service. I was able to drop car off, go run errands and it was done when I was done.

I can't remember what was offered when I arrived but felt totally covered with info and research that Ericka had done looking into our past records so she would be ready for my auto. The reception area is looking much cleaner and less like a tire maze. Could give store a 4 on cleanliness but I was plenty comfortable and in tire stores you don't expect total cleanliness just by nature of the business. Friendly, knowledgeable service and out on time. Everything working like clockwork...thanks
