I have now been to Big O Tires for Oil Changes, tune ups, and tires. Rick and Now Miguel are 2 very knowledgable, helpful, happy people that I trust when they have my car. Pricing? I feel you get what you pay for. When I find a shop that cares about my vehicle, that is what is important to me. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service! I'm your biggest fan!

Friendly staff were prompt, reassuring and reliable in handling my flat tire repair with care. Very impressive folks!

Met Roberta Lynch at the service desk. She came out to look at the nail with my rear drivers side tire. Said it may be repairable. Said it would take 20 min to check. Came back at that time and said the tire is repairable, and gave the screw that is the issue, Informed that my tires would need replacing shortly, and my car would ready in 15 min and no cost as it was a pay it forward flat repair. And in 15 mins my car was ready. Overall Great Service and I will be back to get new tires and repairs.. Roberta was outstanding

I've been a customer at Big O Tires for 5 years and they have never disappointed. This week, I got a nail in my tire which was on the verge of going flat when I took my 2019 Jeep in without an appointment. They patched it at no charge. This is a great local auto repair store. I just bought a new set of tires and had my oil changed. The customer service was great, and they threw in a complementary brake inspection as well. What I love about this place is that if anything happens to one of my tires that I bought from them, they will fix the flat instead of trying to sell me a new set of tires, which my other car repair place in Santa Rosa tried to do to me. They rotate the tires for free as well. They are hands down my favorite place for oil changes and all things tire related.

Excellent service. I was able to drop car off, go run errands and it was done when I was done.

I used them to change my oil and check out my entire car for traveling. They did an excellent job and I have now taking my 1988 Restored 560 SEL Mercedes back for Brake work.

I don't even live in Healdsburg but I've become a regular. Years ago, on my way north, I pulled in because I thought I had a low tire. I did. Everyone was super. I can't say the same about the way I was treated further up the road when I reached my destination. Now I've bought tires here and had service done. I always feel that I have been treated fairly and with understanding. I trust and appreciate their recommendations.

They always give 100% on anything let you know if they can't do it or who can and honest people honest work

The Healdsburg Team is on top of it from the minute I walk into the store, even at the beginning of the day, when everyone, like me, is dropping off their car. Work is done quickly and the Big-O Team works with my fleet manager to process payment without question, making repairs and maintenance super easy. I try to do as much "Local"� business as I can to support our community. With the range of services Big-O Healdsburg provides, I can stay local for most, if not all of my car's needs.
