Big O Tires

Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable waiting room ...

I had a tire blow out and needed to replace the tire. I appreciated that they tried to fix the tire prior to just having me purchase a new tire. As I previously purchased my tire at big o, it remained under warranty. I appreciated that the warranty was honored as I would not have known if the damaged tire was under warranty or not.

I recently had my breaks done. Service was fast and done right. Chad, in the front, always makes my day. Good guys, great service.

Joshua Sweet had great Customer Service and great knowledge of Vehicle Maintaince. Joshua was so awesome to with when I was getting my Car Maintence done.

Despite being really busy, Chad spent a lot of time researching two of my different vehicles needs. He and his crew discovered frame damage to my Jeep and two cracked rims on my Porsche; both of which I am grateful for his (and his team's) attention to detail, as no one else has spotted these potentially dangerous issues. I plan to return to Big O soon to finish up these projects. Thank you! Dale

I usually dread when my maintenance light comes on, but this last experience has led me to realize that it doesn't always have to be that way. Seriously! They are so helpful. Always try to fit you in if you have a problem, like we did with a nail in our tire, that was a fast leak. Even on Christmas Eve. Don't know what we would have done without you!!!

I bought Tires for three vehicles in the past 3 months. 1- 2005 chevy Malibu 2- 1968 Mustang and 3- 20015 Ford F250. All three vehicles required 3 different style of Tires and between Randy and Chad I was total satisfied with their recommendations. Each vehicles tire choice was perfect
