This Big O Tire shop helped me in the past on tires I didnt buy from them. I came back to purchase the next set of tires because of their good service and their days and hours of availability compared to the auto dealer I had previously purchased tires from.

Everything was done in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly, and the price was amazing.

I had trouble with my car after an initial visit for an oil change and spark plugs, but when I returned, Jay and John did everything they could to make it right. The problem improved somewhat, but was not solved yet. They called me and wanted to try one more thing, so I took it back. My car runs great now. Jay knew I was traveling out of town and called to check and make sure my car was running well. I trust him, and will bring my car back for service in the future.
