Showed up without appointment and was able to get my oil changed and tires rotated and balanced in the 2 hour window I had. Really appreciate the prompt and quality service I received. My wife and myself have lived in Shasta county for 30 years, when the subject comes up I always plug Big O, I have every confidence in your Business and feel I am doing a service directing my family and friends to your Business. I had a chance to chat with Jay, feels good to deal with Family man as I am one myself.

Jay, Trinity's dad. Great price on the tires for the Bug. Worker had some difficulty in removing the hubs and not scratching up the beauty rings but did great anyway. He earned his pay on that job. See you as we require additional work. Steve

Totally satisfied with my last visit. My pickup drives straight as a new vehicle would. Not sure why it did not the last time the front-end was aligned.
