The reason my husband and I go to Big O Tire in Redding, CA is not only the great service and products that are available, but John and Jay are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I am also comforted with the fact that when my husband is away from home and I have an issue with the car, they are there for me.

I called about getting tires thinking in the next day or to but they told me to come in that day. Got me in and in about an hour.

I have been going to Big O since 1994. The #1 reason is Jay the owner. He is one of the kindest, courteous, honest, knowledgeable, hard working, fair, personable, ect............! Even if the quality of the tires and the prices were a little inferior to other tire stores tires and prices, I would buy my tires from Big O in Redding Ca. Customer service and RELATIONSHIPS, along with an excelent product and fair prices are what sets successful businesses apart, in that order. Any business that had an owner like Jay, would be successful. Jay, the day I was there was a very busy day and I believe they were short handed because I heard an employee say that and I was there for a little more than 3 hours maybe 4 hours . I bought 4 new tires and had an allignment. The person that initially helped me was Okay. He was not what I was used to when I've visited your store in the past. He wasn't rude or disrespectful, however he was very matter of fact, not friendly, he didn't explain much about the product I was buying just the basics I should know, but I was not given choices or explained why the tires I bought would be a good thing for me. He didn't tell me that it would take longer than usual and just wasn't as personable and welcoming as I am used to and why I've bought my tires from you ever since I moved to Redding and met you over 25 years ago. After I gave my keys to him, I did not here from him again. I went back and asked several times about my car and I was treated the same way by two others. Needless to say, I was dissapointed. However, the last person to help me and answer my question as to how much longer treated me the way I've always been treated in the past. I know they were exceptionally busy and short handed and everyone was working at a very fast pace and working very hard, but this young man still made me feel welcome and important. He personally went and checked on my car. He gave me a detailed description of a what was happening and how much longer it would be. He appologized for the delay several times and smiled. He was the only smile I saw that day in Big O. Jay, I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble, but I know you would want to know these things because my expierence that day was an anomaly. I understand that it was busier than usual and they were short handed, but I've been there before when the conditions were similar and you were and were not there and the customer service was friendly, personable, professional, and I felt like it mattered to your employees that I and every other cutomer in there was impotant made to feel comfortable and special. Sorry for the long rant. Just thought you would like to know.

Every visit there has been satisfactory. The employees are pleasant and helpful. I have used Big O for at least 15 years for routine oil changes, tires, and general maintenance of my cars.

Noticed a bolt in front tire of my Titan at 13:45, drove to Big O together er fixed. Got to Big O at 14:00 was told one hour. Tire repaired and I was on my way at 15:00 no charge. I was fully expecting to be charged as the tires on my truck came with it new. Big O Redding continue to take care of my tire needs at 5 star ratings. Look forward to continued service, really appreciate the professionalism. Thanks Big O. Joe .

My car started developing problems when I returned home at night and the next morning I drove to big O, John told me he get it in right away, and he did. He had a diagnosis and came out and told me what the problem was and that he would have his mechanic get on it right away and he did

Friendly staff, and they got my care in and out in about 45 minutes! Sooner than expected!

Ladies bathroom was not particularly clean.

It was a simple flat tire. Your promise to fix tires if flat was kept. I find your Big O tires the only place that will keep a promise.

My experience at the Redding Big O was terrific. My business was handled by Michael. Michael is a courteous, professional and reasonable man. We both spoke the automotive language which made communication that much more practical. Michael was even kind enough to have his technician bring me into the shop (clean and well organized) to physically inspect certain issues with my wife's 2006 trailblazer. This is a healthy example of professional integrity and a demonstration of the honest behavior and training that the Redding Big O maintains across all aspects of their business and employees. Most importantly, Michael is a family man who understood safety being of utmost importance regarding my wife's car. My concerns were addressed appropriately and in a very timely fashion. During both of my visits I did not have to wait long at all. Maybe 30 minutes if that. In the meantime I enjoyed some complimentary coffee and wifi in a very clean, well kept waiting room with plenty of seating, a vending machine and even a play area for the little ones. I have since solved the issues with my wife's car, for now, and will absolutely continue to do my future business with Michael and Redding Big O. They provide AC and transmission services as well. As a shift worker with limited free time this makes things very convenient. I should also mention that as a mechanic myself, I was pleased with Michaels positive reaction when I told him that I would be doing the repairs myself. Typically this is frowned upon as it decreases income to the business. Michael expressed his appreciation for the fact that none of us are made of money and that safety, again, was of the absolute importance for myself and my family and to bring my car back after the repairs for further inspection and alignment. Take your vehicle and your concerns to Redding Big O. You will not be disappointed.

Michael our sales rep. Very professional and helpful. Went in trying to explain a noise our vehicle was making. He was able to help and they found the problem. Called us within 2 hours with the problem. Our vehicle was ready for pick up within 4 hours. Always very friendly and professional on every visit . Thank you Michael and the Big o staff
