I have had my numerous family and personal automobiles serviced here since o/a 1987. The service has always been outstanding, all questions answered expertly, and good advice/economical suggestions always offered.

I am new to Redding and was hoping for the best set of tires for my situation with a reasonable price. Michael took great care of me, suggested where I could have lunch, and provided the right suggestion for the right price. Grateful. Buying tires is a big investment, especially when I’m new to town, and Michael being there for 15 years offered knowledge, maturity and ease to my experience. Grateful.

I intended to go to another well known tire shop in Redding but the quote for replacing my four tires was over $200 less at Big O. In addition, the tires were in stock and I was able to schedule an appt and have my new tires mounted within hours of when I called for a quote.

The chairs need cleaning and the chairs in the children's area REALLY need to be cleaned. But other then that..... The employees are very friendly.

When I called in to make an appointment at this Big O Tires, they instantly made time for me and were ready to help me out. They were very clear on how much it would cost me and were very informative.
