Big O gets it right!

For starters the employees were really nice, didn’t mind that I paced around as I waited for my car to finish. I didn’t know they offered that kind of service and the price was reasonable and the job came out great. Most definitely will be returning from now on

I was informed of all action taken to do the work on my car and was told when it was finished and what was needed in the future. I was not asked to have anything done that I did not ask for and there was no pressure to buy more.

As always and for over 28 years of going to this store the Staff and Owners have always made sure of customer satisfaction.

I had 31x10.5 tires on a truck i bought a few months back and called to get 33x12.5s. They had what i wanted, went in the same day to look at them and choose a set. (was at work so drove my work van there not my personal truck) Went back the next day with no appointment and got them on within an hour and a half. I used to go to Les Schwab for everything but Big O is the way to go. Normally the wait is and hour and a half to even have your car looked at, plus another hour or two to get what you need. Definitely recommend big o over les schwab.

I bought my rims and tire there and i was very satisfied with what i received. the men are very patient with me in showing me the different rims. now i just got my tires rotated and aligned for my road trip this weekend. the employees always make sure i am taken care of.
