I showed up at Big O 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close early for Christmas Eve. But, they quickly rotated my tires and fixed the leak in one of them despite the time. Greatly appreciated service!

The entire team here is amazing! From Michael in the front office to the hard working shop staff, these guys are a pleasure to watch! Kind, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and all around good folks! We have homes in several towns and in each one we shop at Big O. The Redding shop is by far the best!! Next Saturday I'm getting up early and bringing in donuts for there crew!

Showed up without an appointment early morning, got checked in fast & service was done asap.

I got a flat tire the night before, and I was in a time crunch to get to Sacramento by 10am and they didn't open until 8... Well they opened the door early and got me a new tire and battery in less than 15 minutes!!! AND I made it to where I needed to be just in time! Highly recommend!

THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT AND THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR FIXING A TIRE AND ROTATION.
