I just needed a flat repair & they were pretty busy but always let me know they'll be right with me soon. My flat was fixed & tire put back on & suggested I need new front tires soon. Only thing was the bathroom was kind of icky but maybe because they're so busy. Over all everyone is very helpful.

I was a walk in they took me right away and they were very friendly and complete in their job.

Every time I’ve had work done at Big O tires, the staff is always courteous and thorough with what needs to be repaired. I’ve always waited for my vehicle and the wait time has not been long. I go across the street, have breakfast,come back my car is usually done.

Broke down 5am Saturday in Redding on the way to Oregon. I left LA at 7:30pm the night before. Had my car towed to Big O. I called prior and spoke with Michael. He assured me my car assessment would be prioritized and get me back on the road ASAP. Turns out I needed an alternator and new cable harness which was damaged and was giving faulty readings. The mechanic was able to take the connector apart and test my electrical system. Unfortunately could acquire the new small connector until Tuesday. I did not feel comfortable driving another 5 hours with this faulty cable. Michael contacted a local hotel and arranged a room for my son and I. I rented a car for the next day to continue my vacation and asked Michael to replace the connector on Tuesday and I'd pick up the car on my return trip. I picked up my car the following Friday. Still had to drive to Los Angeles. I was a little concerned but the car functioned perfectly. Big O has been my go to mechanics for all 5 of my vehicles for over 20 years. This was my first time at Redding Big O but was completely satisfied with the service and reassurance my vehicle would be fixed properly.
