They were able to rotate my new tires and I told them I felt like my front end felt was floating... they were able to find the problem and gave me an estimate for the work. I feel completely confident the work that I need done will be great. My car is there right now getting that work done .

My experience was great. I've dealt big Big O for years but has been quite some time since I needed tires. My salesmen Michael was outstanding, I told him I had to be gone by a certain time and he had like four guys working on my truck to make sure I made my time crunch. I was very impressed. I will be coming back for years to come. Thank you all so much!!

One of my truck tires developed a separation while on vacation and was replaced at a Big O in Arizona. The same symptoms of vibration occurred again weeks after returning home to Redding. I brought the truck to Big O and the problem was quickly diagnosed with a visual inspection and a new tire was purchased and installed in about 2 hours on a busy Saturday. As with the first tire, it was out of full replacement warranty, but the price was prorated on the new tire. The last two old tires are still in good shape and I was advised to replace them as a pair when it becomes necessary. The service was excellent at Big O, Redding. I'm a bit disappointed that two of the original four Big O brand tires failed before wearing out, so I may switch to a different brand next time.

I was very pleased with the customer service and everyone there I was stranded I just popped two tires at one time I was stranded on the street had my car towed there they worked me any immediately gave me a very good deal cuz I was limited on my money and I am just very pleased very very pleased I've used Big old tires before but I will definitely only use them they are number one in my books thank you again for helping me out. I interacted with John at the front desk. I came in without scheduling an appointment. I had to get a wheel alignment done and he suggested about 3 hours till it would be completed. They were under that time which I was happy about. I didn't realize free alignment was only available within 6 months from purchasing tires. So I had to pay but since I intended on getting a wheel alignment done every tire rotation I received a fair price on a 3 year wheel alignment package which was another reason I was pleased. Definitely happy with the service. On another note I usually take advantage of the free shuttle which was not available due to Covid. I hope that the service is restored soon. John thank you again, I will be back!
