Very polite it was nice to see that one of the employees recognized me and said it was good to see you again and had a smile on his face that always makes a customer feels good when an employee pays attention to who comes in and out of their doors

I had a flat tire and they fit me in that morning and also rotated tires and changed oil. Only concern, not many employees or customers wearing masks!

John takes such good care of me... listens intently offers feedback , etc... On this most recent visit, my car had developed a bad buffeting when braking... Since my brakes and tires were both fairly new, and done at your store, I could not imagine what was going on... The staff determined my rotors had warped... they were resurfaced, and the wheels balanced, all at no cost to me... I have mentioned this to several friends and family and all expressed surprise that I got that kind of service from your store... The Customer service could not be better, and that is what makes a business great! Add to that Keurig coffee and free wi fi....
