I had my truck tire shattered by a rockslide and had to use my spare. I was on my way out of town for a 6 hour drive and noticed my truck was now making a horrible clunking noise. I stopped into big O tire and Mike found my shock was also destroyed and they fixed it that day and i was back on the road. Totally appreciate these guys.

I came in with a screw in my tire. My jeep was taken into a bay within 10 minutes. Job was complete within 30 minutes, and I was on my way!

I remain highly impressed. I live an hour, or MUCH longer, away, depending on mountain road work, and have many choices for car repairs but I trust and choose Big O to be my car saviors yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
