The guys at big O have always gone the extra mile to serve there customers. They are always willing to find what you need and at a reasonable price. They are not only a great business, but great members of the community.

Came in unannounced but this didn't phase the shop. They took my request. Found my tires. Had me in and out within an hour and a half with no appt.

The guys at redding big-o are always so helpful! Outstanding customer service! I choose them over competitors because it is so hassal free and they always work something out for my budget!

They are cheaper in the area, they do things well and I have had good experiences with them.

Fast, customer service was fantastic

I was in Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. When I asked them to check a couple other things on my vehicle they didn't even hesitate, even knowing it would make my appointment take longer. And when the services were complete, they assured me things were good and didn't try to get me to fix things that could wait a bit. Knowing I will need tires soon I was relieved that those other items could wait until after the tires.I trust all the staff at Big O in Redding.It's obvious car "stuff" is not my thingn so it's much appreciated to have a place to take my car and not get swindled.

I was helped immediately. Salesperson very friendly. Work done timely.

Bring on the snow!: Knowing the hellacious snow over Donner Pass, I convinced my wife to get real snow tires on her Subaru.Jay & Company, as usual, found snow tires (a brand I've used and trusted before), procured them, and got her car in & out in less than a week.They honor veterans with a good discount & are always cordial.Why buy tires anywhere else?

Toyota said they could not fix my flat tire and tried to sell me a new tire and wasted 5 hours of my time. I went to Big O tires and Michael did an excellent job in customer service and it took only an hour to fix my flat tire.

I called several places price shopping and they matched the lowest price I've found no questions asked! They were also able to get it done during my lunch hour!!

As loyal Big O customers we have shopped around the country at Big O stores as needed. The staff here both in the office and in the tire shop exceed all others we have experienced.They are knowledgeable and efficient in the office and search for the best deal for the customer. In the shop these boys hustle and give 110%! the two experiences we have had were both on busy days and the staff rose to the occasion to provide exceptional customer service. The standouts were Michael and Preston in the off ice and Jeff in the shop! Way to go team, with this team at the helm there is no need to shop elsewhere!

The staff at Big O at always courteous and professional! They work very hard to insure your satisfaction. The service was done efficiently and in fact completed before the time estimate. Big O never charges me to fix a flat or check out any issues I may have and I really appreciate their service and caring attitude.
