My 2015 F150 needed an oil change and my tires were also looking like they may be having issues with alignment or balancing as the tread was wearing unevenly. I was quoted for the alignment/adjustment IF NEEDED. Turns out there was which was taken care of and my tires were also clearly taken care of to ensure the ride is smooth and no uneven wear of my tires. Very thankful to have the crew at Big O seem like they know what they are doing. I also made another scheduled oil change because every time I drive away after service, whatever vehicle I needed serviced drives so much better than taking it to the dealership. Thank you Redding Big O!!! Look forward to the next service!!

I believe the name of the gentleman that took care of me was Dave. I went in there to get my tires rotated and was provided a shuttle to work. An hour later I got the call informing me that my vehicle service was done. No hassle no bs. This is why I go to big O.

Power steering fluid leak repaired in 2 days. The parts came from Sacramento.John was gone for part of the ending day. No one else was assigned to speak for John while he was gone. Therefore, there was a 2 hour delay for me to learn that my 1987 Toyota Camry was done.

Big O always takes great care of me and helps me keep my car in great running condition. They have the best service staff and are very friendly!!!

I live in an area that has substantial Snow fall each year, I purchased Snow tires from Big O. Each winter I travel back to the store and leave my car. WQhen I return the Snow tires are installed. Each time I return I have the same great service.

They are cheaper in the area, they do things well and I have had good experiences with them.

My only complaint is that I was led to believe that I could make an appointment for 10 AM to get new tires and new brakes. When I arrived at 10 AM expecting to get right in I found out that reality is when you show up you get put at the end of the line behind any and all people that arrived before you despite you having made an "appointment".
