Big O Tires

I came in with a flat tire. They fixed it and put the spare back where it belongs all for no charge. You can't do much better than that.

The care and knowledge of service representative. The whole staff was friendly. Store is in a good location.

We are a rather new account with the Big Ol' tires company (1 year) but have already taken most of our vehicles to the guys on Cypress whether its for new tires or a number of other services they have provided for us and we have had nothing but the best service and experience's. Our company typically works with Michael, he knows our line of work and guides us in the right direction to assure our vehicles are set up right for what they will be used for.

The staff at this location are amazing! First class service and attention to detail is fantastic. In addition we would like to recognize Michael the manager. He always works so hard to help the customers with scheduling, value for your money, and first class service! We've shopped here over 10 years and would not go anywhere else for oiur automotive needs!

Jay and all the others at the Redding Big O Tires are kind, informative and knowledgeable. My air conditioning wasn't up to par and instead of trying to sell me new parts, they found a way to clean the system and saved me money. My service was quick and I was informed of the cost before the work was done. Thanks Jay!

Car was recently involved in a hit and run. The guys checked it over to make sure it was safe for daughter to drive and they found a wheel weight was missing and no other problems with the suspension.

Unfortunately your website scheduling service is useless if you don't work with local store and communicate request...very poor management on your part.

I was in and out on a Saturday with no appointment for a wheel alignment at a fair price with a 6 month guarantee, so I'm happy!

I entered the store at 1:20 and asked if it would be possible to have a set of new tires mounted and ready to go in time to pick up my daughter from School by 3:00. I was told that it shouldn't be any trouble and was on my way out the door by 2:00... plenty of time to spare.

Front rotors needed replaced. I was informed they could be machined one more time. Instead of selling me something I didn't need right away I was given options which I appreciated.

I was able to wait & it didn't take long.

Was satisfied with the service over all. Keep up the great work.

Did a thorough job tracing proablem til fixed. Had Sensor Replaced for spare tire. Had previously replaced with sensor not OME Comparable. Accessed correctly repaced with compadable sensor and synced. Great Job will Guys
