Big O Tires

I have a son living in Redding and going to Shasta . i live in Fl. The customer service Mike gave me was excellent. My son brought his truck in the following day to get them installed

The entire process was very speedy. I was in and out in no time. Everyone was very professional and friendly.

It is in the details. I am not greeted at my car, yet when I walk in the door, "my" service writer, John greets me by name. The latch on my glove box had broken and stuck shut. John made sure that during the servicing it was opened and the part ordered to replace the latch. All of the service writers are friendly and courteous, yet John does stand out.

Honest and friendly service

Today, 7-25, John told me that my Camry was done with its brake & alignment job & to pick it up. I told him that my Corolla was out of alignment, even though Big O realigned it on 7-23. We picked up the Camry & left the Corolla to be aligned again. At the end of the day John had it aligned the 2nd time perfectly for no charge. Big O stands behind its work!

I was able to come in without an appointment and get my work done on my car in a quick manner.

I WAS COMFORTABLY WAITING WITH A FRESH BREW COFFEE, AND ENJOYED WI FI, IN LESS THAN 40 MINUTES TIRES WERE ROTATED, AND I WAS ON MY WAY. JAY RECOMMENDED THE BIG O TIRE, WHICH I HAVE BEEN VERYPLEASED WITH ITs PERFORMANCE IN THE SNOW, AND BACK ROADING. WARRANTY COVERAGE IS A PLUS.

Went in for an alignment and I was very pleased with the time it took and the price. Very happy with my service. I usually buy my tires for all my cars at Big O. I like the price and selection. The employees seem up to speed on their service and products. I will continue giving Big O my business.
