Big O Tires

I love going to BigO because they service my vehicle and rotate my tires in one appointment. Every single one of the service staff are really nice and helpful and I trust them.

Have been working with Jay, the owner, for years. He has always been so friendly and patient. Everyone is patient, kind, and helpful. Big O always impresses me and my husband so much. Not a bad thing to say about them.

Never an issue with Big O in Redding. Professional at all times. Great group of people all around bar none. So much better then other shops I've used in the past 35 years.

I love my local Big O tires I've been going there for approx 5yrs and they always take care of me. They get me in and out they take the time to explain it to me in a way that I don't feel like a stupid girl. They never take advantage of me and are very honest they will walk me out to my car and show me the parts that need to be fixed so I can see for myself. They always answer all my questions have the lowest prices and have continuously saved me from another place in town that tries to tell me I need service that I don't need. All the guys are great and this Mom appreciates it immensely.

I have been to other tire service centers and have found they often recommend repairs or services I did not come in for. With this visit I needed tires but had thought I might also have an issue with the front end. The service men replaced my tires checked my front end and alignment and brakes and told all looked fine. It was a great experience.

Pin pointed problems very fast. Was able to get the car in immediately and fixed in a timely manner. Everyone we spoke with, Jay, Brady, Michael and one other person I think John (?) were all so very polite, professional, informative and helpful. It was a great experience at a stressful time. We used them this past week and they fixed my squeaky belt. We love going in because the crew knows us and our vehicles. Since I moved into the area over 10 years ago many of the same guys work there and have taken care of us.

Although I checked around other tire stores for prices and availability for my truck, they go had the tires and stock and a much better warranty. I feel much better having these new tires on my vehicle.

Every time I come in for my oil change and tire rotation I'm greeted with the same friendly and knowledgeable people as usual:) The waiting area is perfect for me to sit and read my book. No complaints here.

every time i go to get anything done, these guys are always considerate, professional , treat you like you are human, they are great in all services they offer. if they give you a time of completion it happens , unless there is something hidden they did not see . if that happens they let you know how they can fix itgive you a honest quote, do there best to get you in and out . they are amazing would send anyone i know here for fair good pricinghonestwork and i have. thanks for the great service., jay , johnyou have amazing emplyees
