Big O Tires

We were stranded in Redding CA I have a 2015 Countryman with special tires they found one for us after we lost one . The entire team were courtesy and professional! I am in retail automotive business and it was refreshing to see a crew of professionals work so good together

I had a nail in my tire and went to Big O early Saturday morning for assistance. I did wait about an hour but they fixed TWO of my tires, filled the other tires, filled up and put away my spare tire and there was NO CHARGE at all. Very satisfied!

Every time we go to Big O in Redding the staff are so helpful and I really appreciate the great service we get.

This shop is hands down one of the cleanest and most professional I've ever done business with....especially for a tire shop, which are notoriously filthy and crude. I appreciate the effort to make it a pleasant place.

I feel like staff at my Big O Tires are helpful and the prices are good. John, in particular, is very forthright and trustworthy. I always get good to excellent service here. The organization is fair and honest (which has not always been my experience when getting my car fixed at other places, I feel that sometimes other places try to cheat and overcharge me as a woman). I feel like the guys at this Big O franchise treat me like their mom or their sister or their daughter... they try to get me the best deal they can to help me out. Car maintainance and parts is expensive, they guys here know that and support me to get what I need for the best price possible.

Long time customer for a reason. New rims and tires last week with great service. Came in for a re-torque and the tech with the wrench was headed out the door while I was still parking.

Nice staff, fast and good work.

On the Saturday of Labor Day weekend.I need my tires balanced & rotated with an alignment thrown if for good measure.Took+/- 1.25 hrs with a full shop.Could not have asked for a better/ faster experience.Will continue to use Big-O for all my tire needs.
