First, I had a flat fixed (screw in rear tire), second, tires rotated, third, since I had purchased the set at Big O, all of this was no charge; I had expected there to be a nominal fee…so I am pleased. Good policy, Big O!

Bing as the situation I was in was not an easy one. I was taken care of as soon as I walked in the door without an appointment I left may car and got a ride home. Later that afternoon I returned to far better news than I expected and saved money as well. The staff are amazing and my car now drives beautifully.

I scheduled a time to bring in my truck. I missed the time by a day, and there was no problems as a result of my delay getting my truck to the store. The Redding CA staff are extraordinary.
