Big O Tires

I walked in and let them know that I had a screw in my tire. They took my keys a got right to fixing my problem, even rotating my tires and checking the balance on them. back on the road in about 40 min. Very Happy

Hello, I'm the guy that griped about the scratched rim and windshield wiper deal. As a company, big-o made the effort to make things right. I really value that. Most places would probably say go kick rocks. Jay and mike at the local store rock. It's beyond their control what happens in the shop, but they captain the ship and do a good job. Hats off fellas, you have me back as a customer.

I had researched the tires I wanted to buy and called to order them. The Service advisor found a higher grade of tire in the same brand that was not only all season, but had a warranty and it was a better price. I appreciated that he took the time to apply his knowledge to help me make a better decision! The tires came in the next day and I couldn't be happier with the way they look and perform. This is my third set of tires from this store, and the reason I keep coming back is for this very reason! Thank You!

I do not know who helped me, but the staff member was super friendly, explained what price I would pay and after explained rotation that would be needed for care of the new tires. Great customer service!

They were great. I would have appreciated it if they had a paper floor mat. It was a rainy day and the carpet got really dirty. Not a big deal, just a suggestion.

Big o tires in reddings is the only place I would take my vehicles. The service guys there are awsome the techs and the alignment guy is right on.
