Big O Tires

The tire sale was very professional, installed properly and quick.

As soon as I got there they took my truck in and they were done in under 2 hours. Which may be a while but when they were not sure if they could do it all in one day and then got it done in 2 hours. That’s amazing customer service.

I have had tires on one of my vehicle for a few years now through Big O and finding the right person to deal with is the biggest factor. I work with John and even though the price may not be the lowest the service makes up for that in a big way. I have purchased at least three brand new sets of tires in the last four years, they do a good job and I do not have to worry when I leave the shop.

At the previous tire shop my ex-husband used never had the tires he'd have put on my truck. I was never satisfied with them. We use to use the Big O in Susanville for years, but then they closed.

Took a while to get my tire fixed because they were so busy, but they made good on my tire warranty even though I was from out of town and even gave me a new warranty on the new tire. Great deal if you ask me.

Big o is just the place to go. They take better care of you then the big places. I will pay a little more for better service

The store was very busy & I had a 2 hour wait for a fix a flat nail in my driver's side rear tire. The car was not safe to drive, so I was happy to wait for my free service. John to the rescue.

The guys are polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and hospitable. The service is good and consistant.

Called, got a good deal, and was in and out quickly! Super friendly and knowledgeable gentleman assisted me!

Everything was awesome and staff was amazing

My wife had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 9 AM. At 8:30 in town at another store her battery took a dump and she could not start her vehicle to drive to big O. Big O went out of their way drove to my wife's car jumped it and was able to get her to big O and get her a new battery and make her appointment

Had a terrible "shimmy" on my husband's pick-up.Took it into Big O immediately and they were able to diagnose the problem and get me all fixed up!!

I didn’t have an appointment and I came fairly late in the afternoon… My tire was almost flat when I went to my garage so I promptly drove to big O… I didn’t get to do the errands I was planning on doing and I had to wait longer than expected but that was because I had no appointment… They squeezed me in, took care of my tire, and didn’t charge me anything because I purchased the tires from them in November… Apparently it was a nail

Forest honored my postcard coupon for a free alignment check. We only paid the cost of the needed alignment. Forest also did a free tire rotation & checked the pressure of all 5 tires for no charge.

The staff is very knowledgeable and always a pleasure to deal with
