My wife made an appointment to rotate and air her tires needing to insure she had time to get to her next appointment. Big O promised her they would full fill her request and did just that.

They were able to get on the repair job fast and it was done right away I was out the door and on my way in about an hour

Other than always needing to wait some limited but understandable amount of time because of all the other great people who recognize a good service and a good product being offered with very friendly and professional service - I have no complaints! I've used Jay and John's BIG O service for many years now on most all my vehicles passing through my hands and I feel I am getting great service.

They are not only excellent at getting the job done, they are also honest and maintain a level of integrity that is not easy to find these days. I've been a customer of Jay's for over 20 years. I refuse to go anywhere else. I have always received the best service at Big O on Cypress in Redding. I always tell my friends and family to go to Big O.... for anything!

Dusty was a great help when I called . He had all the information I needed to all my questions . Set me up for first thing the next morning . Jay was very professional and personable while checking out . Awesome experience .

Michael was great! He knew what we needed and the employees at Big O even called us to Let us know we needed a special bolt due to the alignment being so out of whack... they made sure we were ok with that before they did it. They even got rid of our old tires... they were stellar! We always come to big O for our tire and alignment needs! Michael is very customer service oriented and was a big help!
