Big O Tires

A week ago I had a flat on the truck coming down the hill w/ a heavily loaded trailer. I dropped the load and pulled in un-announced. Jon greeted me like a friend (I have used them over the years), worked the truck and trailer through their busy yard, and got men on the job as quickly as could be expected for their busy schedule. I think I waited about 1/2 hour. I was very pleased, relieved, and once again impressed with the quality of their service ... and of course the "fix-a-flat" was free because it was their tires on my truck. Good job, Jon, Jay, and the BIG O staff!

I experienced a persisting problem with my brakes. Michael checked it out, consulted with a mechanic, and remedied the problem quickly and at a fair price. From my experience, during a decade of being a Big O customer, Michael has always exhibited a kind, sincere and intelligent demeanor. John does, as well. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and the hard work of the guys in the shop!

I called for an estimate on the tire to be replaced. They said it was in stock and could get it done that day for me. Dusty was great and helped me on the phone and at the store. Always a pleasure to deal with him and the guys at this Big O.

Taking my car to Big O Tires for service is analogous to leaving my son at a trusted family member's house for a short time. Because I know, my son is safe. I had a slow leak in a tire. They dealt with it promptly and it was free. Although they threw away the screw causing the leak. No souvenirs.

It was a very good experience. I talked with Jay, expressed my desire and concerns on getting my trucks front end bushings replaced and he was able to get the whole thing done inside the budget I had asked for. Oh, and he sold me a set of tires all within that budget.

Good service

One of the biggest things that satisfies me is customer service. Michael explained everything to me. Helped me obtain the necessary credit and kept me informed of what was happening to my truck in every step of the way. It's service like this that keeps me coming back.
