Big O in Redding is always busy for two reasons in my opinion,good value and excellent service.

John was extremely helpful in ordering a part that was hard to find and hard to get. He was patient with me calling for updates and updated me when he heard new information. The repair was fast once the part was available. John also worked with my insurance company to make sure that the parts and labor were covered.

Experience a tire issue while on a long trip with my new tires an had to use, yuck - flat Fix. This little helper throws tire balance all to heck, but after being sure the tire was safe I returned from my 2,400 mile adventure, took it to Dave and Jay at Big-O-Tire in Redding. They cleaned it out, made sure the seal and balance were perfect. No charge. A great team that continues to care for all my tires.

The service from Dustin was great. He went above expectations on being honest, friendly, informative and helpful with the process of what my car needed to get it running safe and reliable once again. I was hesitant on the pricing as it is an older vehicle but with my loyal customer support he did manage to give me a discount which I thought was appreciative. Thank you.
