I received excellent customer service from Dusty.. I telephoned Big O and spoke to Dusty about a problem with my right rear tire. I have had the low pressure warning 3x in the past 3 months. Big O had checked it on 2 occasions, replaced the air, found no problem. I asked the best time to come in, as the last time I walked in, had to wait 2 hours for service. Dusty advused me to come in at 2:30 and he would ensure that I would be out in an hour. I was out in 30 minutes. Dusty checked the tire himself, found an industrial size staple in the tire. I want to commend Dusty for the attention, and resolution of a recurrent problem. We have been customers of Big O over 30 years. Thank you Dusty, thank you Big O for employing quality staff.

Came in for pressure check before towing my camper which I do before every road trip. The tech noted some unusual cracking on all four tires. Michael came out, checked the problem and suggested we contact Michelin. The cracks were far beyond normal and Michael was able to get me a 55% credit toward the new set of four - made necessary by the defects. By returning the defective tires to Michelin I even saved the recycling fees. These guys are amazing and I'm so grateful my safety is in their hands before I take any road trip. To paraphrase...'You're in great hands with Big-O-Tire professionals.

The crew at this location is always professional, courteous and willing to go above and beyond to take care of their clients. I truly enjoy dropping my vehicles off because I know they will be taken care of and I will never be taken advantage of. Jay, you have a great team!!

very satisfied with my visit they got me right in and the tire mounting and alignment was reasonable the staff was very friendly i love my new tires and the tuck drives straight know alignment had to be redone because les swab didn't do it right the first time and there prices were almost double thank you very much i will see you again soon

There was a problem with the brand new tires we had just purchased and they worked on them until they got the problem solved correctly. Great job!!
