We have been customer's of Big O for over 10 years. We have been able to rely on a consistently high level of customer service and expertise.

Every time I have used Big O Tires in Redding I have been treated very well by your employees and have never had an issue with anything.

Ordering tires and scheduling appointment was smooth and easy. Day of appointment got me right in on time and out in just about an hour. No hassle.

No one let me know that if I got used tires there was no warranty. I've never gotten tires myself so I was unaware. Didn't know until I looked at the paper when I got home. Not very happy about that.

I have only done business with the Redding, CA Big O. While I have interacted with several different folks, my primary contacts over many years have been with Jay and John. Over the past several years I have primarily dealt with John. Without exception, and certainly at my most recent visit, he has been exceptional. His customer service and responsiveness are top notch. I suspect repeat business is golden in the tire trade. John is one of the reasons my bride and I keep coming back. Jay, I have enjoyed nothing but positive experiences with all of your employees. You have done a fine job with the store, and an exceptional job selecting and training your employees.
