I ordered tires of my choice a week ago and had them installed 5 days later. Forrest was helpful and yet not pressuring me to buy anything other than what I needed. I also had questions about warranties for when I move from CA to MD and corporate customer service was equally helpful. I had some trepidations beforehand because purchasing tires is an expensive event and not one I have experience with. I appreciate the professional approach I received.

I had called the store a couple of days earlier and it was suggested I come in Saturday morning for a tire rotation for a shorter wait time. I arrived at 8 AM and was told it would take approximately 45 minutes. 25 minutes later they were done and I was on my way. Also, the counter guys were friendly and professional, a great combination.
