Big O Tires

The service I received was OVER THE TOP great! I was on the road to Portland, having to stop every hour to put air in my tire. I went to Big O, who immediately found 3 cracks in my wheel. I was informed they could order a replacement but it would take a couple days, of which I didn't have to spare. I was due in Africa within the next few days. John was a perfect gentleman. He assured me that he would take good care of the car and get it fixed and back in shape by the time I returned from Africa. He got me a ride to my hotel then to bus station to continue my journey. Upon my return I found my car in tip top shape. I found everyone there EXTREMELY helpful and polite, from guiding me to favored restaurants, to helping me rearrange my loaded trunk to accommodate the damaged wheel, Thanks again all for your team work and a job well performed!!!!!

I came in with unbalanced tires they fixed the problem in about 30 min. Which is very fast everyone was nice to us and it was under warranty so no charge.

I called Jay answered the phone. I asked for a certain tire he looked it up and gave me a very good price and told me to come on down get it installed.I went in drop the car off had breakfast across the street. came back and my car was ready. always friendly, always helpful! thank you Big O Tire!

I had a tire failure. it was a new vehicle but I had been to the store for my other vehicles and was quickly attended to and my tire was repaired and it was no charge. i have an appointment to have new tires put on another vehicle and would not go anywhere else to have my wheels and brakes taken care of. those guys work hard to satisfy.
