I’ve been coming to the Redding ca big o for years and they have been nothing but genuinely kind, helpful and good to me. Even when I’ve had the option to go else where because of a slightly higher price I still bring my vehicle to this location because of the level of service I get and the trust that’s been built with the staff. I was promptly and courteously waited upon. I was kept advised of items found during the oil change. The final costs were very reasonable.

First I called and then came in and both times I spoke to Conner. Sadly he is NOT knowledgeable about the tires I was purchasing/seeking. He had to get help when I came in person and that person (dusty?) was much better. We ordered tires. Thankfully Michael was there when I got them installed. Michael is awesome at his job and explains everything. He is knowledgeable and professional but always knows my first name. He rechecked everything I needed was ordered ok, checked the price and made sure the tires were mounted correct sidewall out. I was very disappointed with conners knowledgeable but Michael made up for it! Thank you!!!!
