Big O Tires

I was pleasantly surprised by the short wait from my arrival to my car being ready to go after its oil change and tire rotation. The gentleman at the desk, I believe his name is John, is wonderful!! He is very helpful and friendly.

Staff was incredibly professional and courteous! They were quick to greet me and someone was quick to help while the person in front of me was being helped by a different associate. There was clear communication and I felt like my preferences for the oil change/checking my air filter were considered before any work was done. I feel confident that the job was done well and done right. Job was completed in a timely manner as well. Very happy with my visit!

Michael is concerned about the safety, performance and cost of the items and service we requested. He wants to make sure we get the proper value for our needs. Have dealt with many times before , he and the other associates are always ready to serve and answer any questions we might have.

Great service great profucts

I had a very limited window of time, on the day before a holiday, while traveling.... you can imagine the stress level already, add in a worry about your brakes, that’s where I was when I called. The staff member I dealt with was Michael, who was every bit friendly, professional, and proficient as some imaginary Norman Rockwell character, seriously where do you find these guys? Long story short, services where rendered, at a well respected level, explained in great detail, with lovely banter, price was perfectly reasonable, and I was on my way just in time to miss the coming frozen tundra. Thank you Michael, you and your boys did me solid.

Needed two tires, they had them came in and paid for them in and out no problems 😊

Once again, Big O comes through. My wife called and said her tire pressure light had come on and what should she do. I told her to go to Big O. She had a hole in her tire, it was repaired and she was on her way. It is comforting to me to know that there is a place that can take care of her when I am not around.

Forrest was very professional over the phone the day before I came in. When I dropped off my truck they told me how long it would take and that it could cost me more, the price stayed the same and done in the time frame they had told me.
