Big O Tires

I bought new tires a couple days ago and they were awesome. Fast and great service!! Jay is always so pleasant and goes above and beyond!!

Free tire rotation on a 1st time car i brought in with tires not purchased at big o. This leads to me being loyal and always getting my tires there when needed.

We got our car serviced there and it only took a few hours to get it fixed. My favorite part was that they are honest and don't nickel and dime you. Chris said this was the best case scenario and took care of our car.

We had a screw in our tire about 6 months ago and I went in to have it taken off and repaired. I was ready to pay for this service as this was not a tire we had purchased from Big O. I was told there was no charge and to have a great day. I knew exactly where I would be getting tires for all my vehicles from then on. Took my 2014 Outback in and got some great all terrain tires at an awesome price. Michael was great. I was in and out in about an hour. Thanks for the great service and happy smiles.

I have been going there for years and have always received consistent, friendly service. It is good to know that customer service still means something to a business. Big O not only talks customer service, they practice it.

They take the extra precaution of filling the tires with nitrogen to avoid air caused deterioration. As a trial lawyer who has seen the awful aftermath of tire failure at freeway speed, I really appreciate that.
