Had a screw in my tire. Went in, left my car, got the tire fixed and had them rotated. Went and picked it up and they said no charge. That was fantastic!

I went into my local Big O for a wheel rotation and I had an annoying squeak coming from the rear driver side wheel.They assured me they would determine what the noise was and fix it.I waited for my car and it took a total of 30 minutes and not only did they rotate my tires…..they found nothing wrong with my brakes or struts and blew out all the dirt and dust and whatever they did, it worked…..no more annoying squeak!!! Very profession staff and convent location….I will continue to bring all my vehicles to Big O!!

I was going on a 4 thousand mile trip and received a mailing for a tire rotation for $20. They told me to save the coupon for another service and did it for free. Cant't get much better than that
