No one likes the idea of paying for new tires. That said, Jay's crew makes it as painless as possible. Michael is always great to work with and delivers on all promises. Most importantly, they care about their client and clients needs. For example; when I explained to Michael that o wanted the best tires possible on my wife's van because my wife and kids ride in that can, Michael knew exactly what I meant and made sure that the tires he put on it were top tier. He also made sure the alignment was correct which in my mind is another safety factor. Top ratings for Jay, Michael, and the Big O Tire team!

I appreciate the clear communication from the professionals working there. My concerns were addressed and taken care of. The tires I originally wanted to purchase were not in stock, but the staff made sure I was still able to get back on the road for a reasonable price.
