Big O Tires

We've been customers since 1988 or so, wouldn't go anywhere else. We've always felt taken care of and have utmost confidence in Jay and his team.

As always, the personnel at Big O were professional and courteous. In addition, John worked with me to optimize the purchase to suit both my needs and my budget. Work was done in a timely manner, and I am happy with the results.

Doing business now over 40yrs

I forgot my brake warning light occasionally lit up, but the Big O guys noticed worn pads up front. I was impressed how FAST they got them replaced (and my wife was only a little FURIOUS that I blamed the brake wear on her driving!)

I am always very happy with the service we receive at your shop. I can always send my daughter or wife to your shop and never feel they will be taken advantage of. I have always reviewed the work orders when they get home and feel very comfortable that services rendered were needed and not ever found unnecessary. Thank you!

I regularly use this location because they always do a great job and they are always friendly. I've gotten wheel balances at other retailers and it almost always has an issue but everytime I bring a vehicle to these guys they dial in the balance perfectly. team members are all super nice and informative always get me the best deal they can and I never leave feeling ripped off or upset with the results of the work. I always feel like they got me the best price and did the best work they could. great team.

I drove into Big O Tires in Redding. JAY came out to meet me in the parking lot and my needs were met.I was out the door in 20 minutes.I love the Redding Store.

I swung by Big O at about 8:20am to check on the possibility and availability of getting new tires as mine were embarrassingly/dangerously in need of replacement. They had them in stock and were prepared to get my car checked in. I completely forgot I had a conference call at 9AM. I asked for the shuttle so I could be home for that, but unfortunately the shuttle was out of service. I was totally prepared to come back at a different time for tires. The employee checked with the crew and they assured me that I would be in and out in no time. They did a two tire replacement in less than 15 minutes and got me home in plenty of time to be on my meeting. I run a team of 45 employees in the service fulfillment/retail industry and this is the level of service that we strive to execute with every day. The Redding Big O location is doing a phenomenal job at service execution. And I assure you I will recommend you to anyone and everyone. Had tires rotated and was in and out in a short time

I worked for Big O in the Bay Area many years ago. So, I know the value of their products. I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and balance, new front brakes and rotors, air conditioning service, new cabin filter and repair to the heater/a/c fan switch. They also noted that I needed new struts. John, the manager and the rest of the staff always provide great customer service. The product, value, reliability and outstanding customer service are at the highest level and the reason I am a long-time customer.

I'm actually Brady's dad. He's a student at Oregon and visits in the Bay Area a few times a year. On his last two trips up his cooling system was failing -- first it was the radiator, and this last time it was the water pump. Woke up to a screw in my tire. Took my brand new car in for repair. No appointment so I dropped it off. Was told 3 hours. Car was ready in under 2. Fast courteous and didn’t even charge me as I am a long standing customer.

They were great!!Did a good brake job. They took it for a test drive and made sure every thing was done correctly. Nice guys. Nice waiting room. Very professionalwork.They replaced my tires a week ago.Very satisfied. Recommendthem highly.

I used them a few days ago it was amazing I had popped a tire and they got me a used one in great condition for a low price. They got me in and out in 30 mins I was thoroughly pleased

I went in needing tires and they had them in stock. I was able to schedule them to replace them and give me a ride to work. Very friendly and professional. Been going to Big O for years!!
