Always friendly, informative staff. I have always had great service at this location.

I feel like the employees here are trustworthy and honest, which is a very important uncommon quality in auto repair. I go here for all my automotive needs.

Forrest and the younger gentleman that checked me in were amazing. They both went out of their way to make sure that the tires I was going to purchase that they had in stock we're going to fit on my wife's car as they did not have any of the same size in stock. I needed tires the same day and they were able to get me four brand new tires same day. Excellent service! They were busy and I was in and out of there in about an hour and 15 minutes.

Your guys are very frendly and helpful. Even under pressure to get everyone helped and out the door. I was there at the end of day and my trailer wheels were not changed. This was at 4:50. Your guys jumped right into action and even loaded them into my truck by 5:00. Nice. Thankyou.

Very good service

I've been bringing my vehicles to Big-O in Redding for pretty close to a decade now. And the Big-O tire store in the prior place I lived as well. Over the years I've bougt dozens of complete tire sets from Big-O, and have always been very satisfied. This particular store stands out above all due to customer service and flexibility with client issues. So long as they continue this level of service I will always be one of their customers.

All tire options were offered and explained the difference to each one. Both people I talked to were stright forward and knowledgeable, which was refreshing. This was my first visit to Big O Tires and won't be my last. Thank You.

Just work out of town and they were able to schedule me with the president's day discount for the week after. Paid up front and pulled in the next weekend only took a few hours and bam on the road. Forest and dusty are awesome dudes

I went in and got helped right away. I got a good price and a great product. Everything was explained well and everyone was very nice. I got a call when my car was done, went in and had great customer service then also.
