Big O Tires

I took a friend's old car in because I thought it had a slow leak. These guys were great and took a nail out of the tire and did not charge me! When I go tire shopping (getting estimates) in the near future I'll definitely start with Big O.

This is our 5th set of Big O's on our vehicles over the past decade or so... always great service, great product, great prices.

Everyone was working so hard. The guys in the shop were running to get the exit vehicle to work on. We were traveling and got a flat on the 5. They made the stressful situation much less stressful and we were on the road again quickly.

I showed up Saturday morning before they opened. I blew a tire on my trailer on the way to the lake. They got me in and out promptly! They were very busy also!

I live in Washington State, and my son lives in California.I wanted to make him a gift of a new set of tires, so I called his local Big O and talked to a nice young man named Michael.He called and arranged with my son to have the tires installed, and then called me back to conclude the payment.It was as simple as that!Thank you, Big O!

simply needed winter tires off. Maybe an alignment. Oh, yeah, there's a funny clunking up front over bumps. Michael took my info, quickly called me with the news on my stabilizer, and gave an estimate. Fast, efficient, courteous. At pickup, cost was $200 less (they COULD have kept it...how would I have known?) than estimated. In and out, bada-bing, bada-bang. You can trust these guys and they do it right. Did I mention they waxed my truck? (well, they aren't THAT good!)
