Big O Tires

I came in for the free tire rotation Big O advertised. They took the car right then and it was done in less then 15 Minutes. And it was FREE!

They were very quick with resolving the issue. I dropped my car off at 8:30 and had it back by 9:30. They ran codes to figure out the problem and saw that there wasn't anything going on. Very friendly service.

The tires that John suggested turned out to be a very good tire at a good value. they did a great job in servicing the Mazda and as always I will return for the service I receive there.

The service people at Big O have always conducted themselves in a professional manner. They make customers feel as though their needs matter. Even though I did not have an appointment they were able to get to the nail in my tire. They also alerted me to another problrm that could be taken care of in the near future.
