Asked the right questions regarding my vehicle and performed all requested items on my list.

Good, quick service

I CAME IN FOR A SCREW IN MY TIRE.THE TIRES WERE ONES I BOUGHT OVER 4 YEARS AGO AND GOT 50K ON THEM....REPAIR ON TIRE WAS NOT POSSIBLE DUE TO TIRES SO WORN...ENDED UP BUYING 4 NEW TIRES AND THE SALESMAN GAVE ME $25 OFF EACH....WALKED OUT WITH A BIG EXPENDITURE, BUT WAS EVENTUALLY GOING TO BUY BY LATE FALL AND GOT THEM NOW WITH A 60K WARRANTY....GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND THE SALEMAN WAS HONEST AND TRIED TO GET ME THE BEST VALUE FOR MY PURCHASE...LOVE DOING BUSINESS WITH BIG O IN REDDING BECAUSE THEY PLAY IT STRAIGHT AND TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER.

I started using big o tires because i Had a problem with a tire and they were the closest tire shop.But then I loved how I was treated there.They make you feel like you matter.

Dusty worked hard to get me the tires and the 90 days same as cash account. I also had a turn signal light changed. I am a disabled senior citizen who appreciates the experience and consideration of the associate Dusty who helped me.

I needed tires and alignment, they showed me the parts that needed fixing asap. Showing me first made me feel like, ok this business is not taking me for a unnecessary, it's loose have to buy a new thing-umu-gig.

The guy who helped us was great. We had asked for the same kind of tires thinking we would save money, but he informed us the size (I can't remember but it was three digits) were more expensive and then I remembered the tires were over 5 year old, so we went with his cost savings suggestion. So glad we did. The tires he recommended are perfect. Our car can corner better than it ever has. Better tires and cheaper; we owe it all to the the guy who helped us!

However we discovered your suspension replacement and repair options at the Redding store! What an excellent job they do! The car runs and drives like it is brand new! The suspension crew rocks!
