Walked in to a crowded store and they had it done by the time I finished lunch.

They gave me a same day appointment. My estimate was right on. They performed the service sooner and called to let me know. Great service. Thanks John.

I pulled into Big O Tires with a baby in tow and a tire that had gone flat on a very busy weekend. From the start I was greeted and told that they would take care of me...which really calmed my nerves. Baby girl and I waiting in the playroom (great idea guys!!!) and we were in and out within 45 minutes. Our service person, Mike, was so kind and was able put on a permanent patch on the tire for FREE! We were able to get back on the road safely and I thank them so much for easing a very stressful situation. We will be back!!!! My only complaint is that the playroom needed vacuuming, but I hardly noticed until my daughter tried to eat something off the ground.

Dusty was very helpful and took the time to get us the perfect set of 5 tires for my Jeep.

Big O Tires never cease to amaze me! I was hard press on time and my car needed an oil change. I called Big O Tires to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Mr. Edwards and I explained my situation to him. The time slot he could schedule me the next day was between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. However, I needed to be in a meeting by 11 a.m. on that day. Mr. Edwards promised me that if I can get my car in by 10 a.m. prompt, he guaranteed me that I would be able to make it back to my office by 11 a.m. for my meeting. To my amazement and delight, Big O Tires did not disappoint. Despite the fact that the technicians did fix an unrelated item, they discovered. What can I say? Except, thanks to Big O Tires! As Thomas Chandler Haliburton superbly stated: "Punctuality is the soul of business."�

I arrived without an appointment on a Friday afternoon and they accommodated me with no problem whatsoever. It turned out that I needed anew battery which they diagnosed and replaced within about 30 minutes total. Jay and Dave were the ultimate professionals, welcoming and helpful as always.

I went in to have my tires checked. I bought 4 new tires and got an oil change.

My wife's car battery was dead. She got it jumped but then needed a new battery ASAP. She called BIG O and you were able to get her in right away. She showed up 15 minutes later, and you took care of her immediately. She was in and out quickly, and while I could have saved money doing it myself, I appreciate that she was taken care of quickly and professionally.
