Jay the owner and staff are sincerely friendly with ALL customers. They are efficient, and do an excellent job. I have rarely seen an operation were the men working in the actual tire area are actually running around to get the work done. They stand behind their quality work. ALL customers are treated like warm friends.

This is a better location and friendliness than ours where we live,so we use this Big O every time that we come to Redding.
