I have always experienced great service and friendly staff at the Redding Big O Tires store! I will continue to go there and recommend them to my friends!

This is my go to place for tires, alignment, brakes, etc. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I never feel like I'm "being sold" and everyone seems to genuinely care about service, the customer experience, and doing what is best for me and my vehicle. It's also a clean facility with plenty of room to wait.

I went to Subaru for an oil change and tire rotation and they told me my tires were to bad to rotate, unfortunately this was very unexpected as my tires looked great. My car was out of alignment and ruined my tires. Subaru didn’t have any tires for me. I went to Big O as it was just around the corner and I was met by Michael. It was so busy and he greeted me right away and said it was no problem they could get me in. Michael even went out to my car with me to insure I really did need new tires. I thought that was awesome! He asked me questions about my driving and where I lived to get the best tires for my needs, again I thought that was awesome! He showed me a few options and got my alignment and tires done in just over an hour. Needless to say this was such a positive experience from a bad situation that I made an appointment for next month to get new tires on my truck. Great job Redding Big O you gained a customer for life!
