My great service experience happened about 6 months ago. Picked-up a nail in my front tire, and luckily recalled that I'd paid for a Big-O extended warranty when I bought my set back in Tucson well over a year earlier. Didn't have my paperwork to retrieve, but went to Big O w/ fingers crossed something could be done for me.The Redding, CA rep I got, named Mike I believe, just couldn't be more of a pleasant, positive professional. He looked-up my sale in Tucson via computer, verified my still-in-effect warranty, and determined the tire had a side-bulge & had failed performance specs, basedthe mileage wear. So, without any records or 'pleas for mercy' at all, I got a BRAND NEW tire, with a rotation, under a warranty I thought was "dead & gone", from a different Big O far away! I wouldn't buy tires from anyone else now, after this kind of "mean what they say" service.

Friendly service, easy appointment

Jay always takes very good care of us. My girlfriend had a flat, I called Jay and left my card # Heather drove to big o on her spair. In no time she was on her way with two new tires and the spair back in her trunk.

Great people got the job done well and it was exactly everything that needed to be done got done im very happy would recommend anybody to them.

We like the owner, staff, location and service. The only concern/complaint was having to use cell phone to do payment. We prefer old fashioned paper methods of billing, purchasing, loans, what have you.
