Jay was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tires I had questions about. The other employees whom I interacted with were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, this was a very good experience.

I have used them for years for several reasons. First, the customer service has always been outstanding. Secondly, I have purchased many things from tires to mechanical work, and have always been satisfied with the product. I recently had a water pump on my 2011 Ford Explorer to go out. I pulled into the Big O location with my car overheating and on its last leg. Even though they were swamped, they worked me into their busy schedule and had me out the next day. As this is my only vehicle they gave me a ride home and picked me up the next day when it was ready. I no longer have to shop price because they have consistently been competitive. It is a comfort to have an automotive place that you can trust. And I do... trust them!

Very handy and service oriented. I called and got an appointment for our service, for a time and date best for us. Originally, a few years ago, our trusted mechanic of over twenty years, recommended Big O Tires to us as an excellent back-up when needed for "our convenience" for tires and oil changes; etc. Its good to have a couple trusted mechanics; Big O does a very good job for us.
