Big O Tires

Went in for a tire rotation on my Honda it was fast and easy.

We had a tire failure on I-5 N as we were heading to Oregon for vacation. We were pulling our band new, just off the showroom floor, 5th wheel. We called the Big O in Redding to see if they had tires that would fit our need & they did. They went out of their way to accommodate us, even checked the alignment for free, they sanded the rim involved w/the failure, put up w/our pups in the truck & we're just all around wonderful people. Connor made sure we were well taken care of. We typically frequent the Woodland Big O as that's our hometown but these guys made us feel @ home. We put a full set of tires on the truck & away we went! No more tire drama! BTW, I was speaking w/GM about another issue w/our truck & when he heard about the tire issue that we were having that the dealership didn't take care of, he pledged to look into it & hopefully they will reimburse us for what we spent. Thanks again guys for saving the day!

Bought some new tire from you about 8 or so months ago. Just found a screw the hard way, and needed to get it fixed. I called at 5:40 and I know you close at 6 , sure enough you people were friendly , polite and worked out a plan with me ASAP. They offered a shuttle to and from work and made very comfortable using it. You then fixed my tire in much less time then quoted , gave me a ride to and from and charged me nothing!!! Awesome job you and your crew do down there. Keep up the great work

I dealt with Michael, Forrest, and the other gentlemen I forgot but he was a younger dude. Master tech for alignments if not mistaken but they all helped me with exactly what I had asked for when it came to adjust my alignment to a certain position
